Role Description

Our client is a well established and successful uniform company with a dedicated and supportive team who strive for the very best.

We are inviting applicants to apply for Production Co-ordinator position, reporting to the Off-shore Production Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has an apparel technical background along with experience in off-shore production. The role is a permanent position and initially will cover maternity leave for 1 year.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Completing tasks related to offshore bulk production.
  • Fabric and trims approval when required.
  • Assist in the development of garments from concept to production, create & maintain updated style detail sheets and specifications.
  • Critical Path/Style Tracker management – being able to complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Raise Purchase Orders when required and associated administrative tasks.
  • Approval of samples at all production stages.
  • In-house Quality Control - checking garments for construction and specification accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Garment construction technical experience.
  • Computer literate: intermediate to proficient level.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication & prioritisation skills.
  • Organised and able to follow systems.
