Role Description

This up and coming designer label is experiencing exceptional growth and is currently seeking to add a Brand & Content Manager to their small but dynamic team. They are renowned for classic clean lines and impeccable tailoring with a rock’n’roll sensibility and effortless perfection. They are committed to offering quality product crafted with integrity and their mission is to create thoughtful and timeless clothing of a high-quality. Production is mainly local and they are committed to conservative growth and focus on developing strong long term partnerships to maintain product quality and integrity of their business.

The Role:

The purpose of this position is to support the Director to grow this brand footprint across digital sales channels, while maintaining the company’s core values. To take ownership of all the visual output for the brand, manage social media and website, to drive the brand voice with strong copywriting and content which adds value to the brand.

To achieve the key functions of this position, it is expected that administrative tasks and processes are followed as part of the ongoing success of this role; these include and are not exclusive to maintaining the presentation of the studio and store, daily communication with all stakeholders in a professional, friendly and timely manner, file management of digital assets, accurate reporting and maintaining SOPs and manuals.

Requirements

Ecommerce

  • Create seasonal marketing calendar framework against key dates, signed off by Director and used as a tool to manage the marketing timeline.
  • Drive sales opportunities through regular review of the marketing schedule, making recommendations to optimize digital communication messaging.
  • Edit, load and manage digital assets in a timely and accurate manner to ensure marketing initiatives are supported and digital platforms are presented in line with company values.
  • Copy writing for digital platforms with a clear cohesive brand voice.
  • Graphic Design across all digital channels and printed media.
  • Continuously improve and innovate the functionality, user experience and SEO of the online store to increase conversion rate and reach.
  • Build highly effective relationships with partners to enhance commercial success. Including Marketing Contractor.

Studio

  • Build and maintain the Brand community in an authentic manner to increase sales.
  • Optimize the in-store experience to achieve a seamless omni-channel retail journey using merchandising, service and personalisation as tools.
  • Actively participate in design and planning meetings contributing to the commercial success of each collection.
  • Assist Director with seasonal store buys drawing on seasonal analysis data to support decision making.

Wholesale:

  • Assist the Director with the wholesale sales process including preparation of sales material, costing reviews, training and development, asset distribution.
  • Wholesale business market analysis, identifying new opportunities to achieve wholesale growth targets.
  • Undertake seasonal analysis, using data to make a series of recommendations contributing to range planning sessions.
  • Assisting at lookbook and editorial photoshoots to ensure required results in all ecommerce platforms.
  • Preparation and distribution of press releases, imagery to media and wholesale partners, including clear cuts.
  • Assist in all areas of the business to meet deadlines including production.
  • Ownership of Mindful Fashion activity and relationship management.
