Role Description

Do you love fashion, people and having fun while working hard? Then come join an awesome team as Warehouse Assistant, for a well renowned fashion textile company.

Based in Auckland central, you will be an integral part of the team. This role has flexible hours and is part-time at 32 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with a little warehousing experience to come on board and grow your career with further opportunities within the company.

Your mission:

  • Overall hands on management of seasonal dispatch of a variety of fashion labels, handling incoming/outgoing stock, invoicing and freight.
  • Ongoing sales support/customer service through phone, fax, emails.
  • Processing daily stock orders/returns
  • Quality Control
  • Data entry/ keeping records and co-workers up to date.


You will need to be fit and reliable, as some heavy lifting will be required during busy periods.

You are efficient, able to work independently, have excellent communication skills along with second to none organisation abilities and initiative. A current driver’s license, intermediate computer skills, preciseness and a sense of humour is necessary. Some experience in the fashion industry or dispatch/production is preferred..
