Role Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to join this leading women’s wear designer brand. We are looking for an experienced On-Line Team Leader; someone who has a thorough understanding of Customer Service and On-Line processes within the fashion industry. You will have a love of fashion and, as you will deal with an extensive and diverse clientele you will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling you to build strong relationships. Leading the vibrant and dedicated team your own work drive and communication skills will match no other and be highly valued.

The role:

  • Oversee the daily running of the online store ensuring high productivity at all times.
  • Lead the team, delegate duties where necessary.
  • Distribute workload and staff according to scheduled orders.
  • Ensure that all orders and any refunds are activated on the same day.
  • Report efficiency issues and strategize methods for improvement.
  • Staff management, including refining process to increase efficiency, quality and speed.
  • Ensure all quality control of products is upheld.
  • Oversee all customer emails and phone enquiries delegating where needed.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with and resolved promptly.
  • Supervise shipping of domestic and international orders.
  • Keep up to date with new packaging techniques and shipping technologies to reduce shipping costs and increase efficiency.
  • Work with shipping company representatives ensuring efficiency and best price.
  • Oversee the organisation of the Online Warehouse.
  • Oversee New Season excess stock entry from Warehouse team.
  • Oversee staffing to assist the Inventory Supervisor and the Online Strategy and Marketing Manager where needed.

You will require:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • An ability to lead a team.
  • Advanced experience in a similar Customer Service role.
  • An ability to multi-task and to thrive in a past paced environment.
