We are inviting applicants to apply for a Customer Service & Sales Support position, working with the Ecommerce Manager, Account Managers, Planning, Operations and R&D teams, you will be a key point of contact.
In this role you will be providing essential support to both the customers and the sales team ensuring that the input management of customer order requirements is undertaken in a structured and timely manner.

What you will bring:
Your eye for detail and advanced skills in Word and Excel will be put to use producing and maintaining accurate record and reports, assisting the above departments in maintaining and growing existing markets and uncovering new opportunities. Your motivation, reliability and can-do attitude will ensure your success in this position.
As you will deal with an extensive and diverse clientele you will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
