Role Description

Our client is a well-established and successful uniform company with a dedicated and supportive team who strive for the very best. We are inviting applicants to apply for a Customer Service & Sales Support position, working with the Ecommerce Manager, Account Managers, Planning, Operations and R&D teams, you will be a key point of contact.

In this role you will be providing essential support to both the customers and the sales team ensuring that the input management of customer order requirements is undertaken in a structured and timely manner.

THE ROLE:

Sales Support:

  • Follow up on order related queries and deliveries from the sales team.
  • Assist the sales team by finding information, samples etc for them.
  • Assist the sales teams with reports and following through to chase unshipped orders and the like.
  • Track and trace orders not delivered by couriers and raise Courier investigations for lost parcels.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to follow customer promises through and assist with returns and credits as and when required.

Customer service & Online:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from wholesale customers to answer queries.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and live chat from Online customers.
  • Assist the AOL Manager with handling call centre escalations.
  • Raise & approve sales orders using e-orders and directly in Netsuite.
  • Service Hat customers and small wholesale customers by raising orders, arranging customising for set up and sampling as and when required.
  • Support the warehouse by assisting as and when required.
  • Supports the AOL Manager by covering for absences in AOL order, dispatch process.
  • Assist with covering phones and reception duties as and when required to ensure this area runs efficiently. Data entry as and when required.
  • Assisting Account Managers with school fit days when required.

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • Garment construction technical experience.
  • Computer literate: intermediate to proficient level.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication & prioritisation skills.
  • Organised and able to follow systems.

Your eye for detail and advanced skills in Word and Excel will be put to use producing and maintaining accurate record and reports, assisting the above departments in maintaining and growing existing markets and uncovering new opportunities. Your motivation, reliability and can-do attitude will ensure your success in this position.

As you will deal with an extensive and diverse clientele you will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
