Role Description

Are you looking for a role with variety where you can incorporate your talents and experience in sales support as well as your love of fashion!

This role will give you the opportunity to use your exceptional organizational and administrative skills in a varied position where you will be involved in everything from supporting the sales team, gathering sales orders and generating purchase orders, to dealing with PR people from large department stores.

The role responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – respond to all customer queries and orders via phone or email
  • Entering Customer Sales Orders into the system, creating picking slips for the 3PL company
  • Sending Order Confirmations to the Customers and liaising with both Sales representative and the customers if any changes might occur
  • Process daily orders and invoicing
  • Liaising with agents during selling period regarding orders received and sales orders reports
  • Receiving Stock into the system
  • Monitor indent orders ensuring they are delivered on time
  • Place Purchase orders with the suppliers
  • Organise payments for custom/shipping charges
  • Liaising with 3PL company regarding deliveries and customer priorities
  • Utilising your design skills to create brochures

Requirements

Skills required:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skill – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Great attention to detail / accuracy
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Show initiative, be motivated and proactive
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills will also be essential in this role in order to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, be computer savvy, organized and supportive with the ability to coordinate a number of projects at once.
