On-Line Manager - Huffer

Role Description
We are inviting applicants to apply for an On-line Manager Sales Support Exec position within the dynamic Huffer team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is constantly on the pulse of the continuing changing world of social media. If you have an apparel background in Customer Service or direct social media experience, then this could be your ideal opportunity to use your strong online communication skills, as well as providing a premium customer service experience for the Huffer brand.
The role:
- Ownership of On-line Sales channels ensuring orders and invoices are processed.
- Manage online channels Support and Customer Service, including analyzing enquiries, suggesting changes and improvements
- Stock management and operations support - own the Store stock re-order and checking systems – support the stores with re-ordering process and stock management.
- Analysis and reporting – provide reporting for analysis to aid stock decisions
Requirements
What you will need:
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Excellent computing, communication and written skills
- Passion – the love of street wear and an innate understanding of Huffer
- A hard working attitude – a small team commands hard working greatness!
- A positive attitude - the ‘yes I’ll give it a go’ goes a long way in our business
You will also need to be highly organised, focused and dedicated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a team and to deadlines.
