Role Description

Our client produces garments for the outdoor leisure and adventure tourism markets. They are a long standing and growing successful company with on and off-shore production and are currently seeking to fill their National Sales Rep position.

The successful applicant will ideally have ‘on the road’ sales experience; however we would consider applicants with a proven garment wholesale sales record. Fashion or apparel knowledge would be essential as the role includes product development for the adventure tourism markets. This is a rare and exciting role; along with sales and product development, there is also the opportunity to develop and expand on the company’s on-line social media services.

Key tasks:

Travel nationally for sell-in of new ranges

Product development of custom designs for adventure tourism customers

Manage on-line and social media


To succeed in this role you will need to be highly motivated with excellent communication, strategic planning and sales skills in order to build, foster and maintain exceptional relationships with clients throughout New Zealand.
