Role Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Huffer Sales team. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with 5 years plus experience in the fashion industry in sales. You will have an eye for the streetwear market and passion, dedication and work drive that matches no other.

To be successful in your application you will require proven commercial sales experience plus an innate understanding of the Huffer brand aesthetic.

The role:

The purpose of this role is to be the owner of Key Accounts in NZ, ensuring robust business reviews, forward planning, sales execution and overall account management, enhancing relationships to over-deliver on KPI’s.

Key Account Product management

  • Sell in each season and injections through an indent process.
  • Work with your customers to ensure the right seasonal product is being offered.
  • Ensure customer OTB budgets are maximised with Huffer offerings through the year.
  • Ensure marketing alignment to product delivery.

Business Reviews

  • Review customer performance and identify opportunities in a full business review 6 mthly.
  • Ensure seasons are reviewed with customers ongoing to maximise sales.

Annual planning

  • Plan annually to ensure the right focus on customers and alignment to marketing plans.
  • Ensure maximum contact time through the year to ensure budgets are exceeded.

Financial delivery

  • Exceed your Key account budgeted sales targets including indents, injections, replenishment etc.
  • Manage discounting and cleanse within KPI’s.
  • Report on future opportunities or risks within your customer base.


What you will bring:
