Role Description

We are inviting junior applicants with a Fashion Degree to apply for an Administration Assistant position with a well-established sportswear manufacturing company. Whilst this is a fixed term maternity leave cover our client is keen to further consider applicants into a trainee account manager’s position. This is a great opportunity for a junior to begin to build on their career within a progressive company. In this highly administrative role you will be able to build on your tertiary apparel knowledge by interacting with many varied business apparel activities.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Support of Senior Merchandiser in all office administraiton functions
  • Interaction with clients with a customer service focus
  • Ensuring deliveries are on time and to order
  • Creating and processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Assistance with garment design schematics
  • General office keeping and filing
  • Liaising with freight forwarders on local and overseas deliveries


You may already have some office work experience and you will be highly organised demonstrating initiative and excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have Illustrator and Photoshop.
