Role Description

Our client is one of NZ’s leading fashion retail brands. They are a renowned, successful and growing organisation and have recently developed a new role in their Customer Service division.

We are seeking a sales support candidate with 1 - 2 years experience with a fashion/apparel or textile background to come on board this dynamic organisation. In this role you will be providing essential support to both customers and the sales team ensuring that the input management of customer order requirements and data is undertaken in a structured and timely manner.

In addition to the above you will also be required to:

  • Ensure all sales orders are actioned in a timely manner and monitored for on-time delivery.
  • Implementing initiatives as required.
  • Entering all data specific to customer service.


This is a sales support and a highly administrative role with great opportunities for advancement within the company. Along with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, your accuracy and advanced skills in Word and Excel will be put to use producing and maintaining accurate records and reports. Your motivation, enthusiasm and can-do attitude will ensure your success in this position.
