Role Description

Our client is a recognised leader in the NZ apparel industry having manufactured, designed, and sold clothing to some of New Zealand largest corporates, schools, and retailers under several in-house brands for over 15 years. They produce high quality, cutting edge technical clothing and are proud to be 100% kiwi owned and operated.

An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, bright and positive team player to join the team as Brand Coordinator.

The successful applicant will be process driven with a keen eye for detail, possess the ability to meet deadlines while working closely with suppliers. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will suit someone who is looking for a career in Super Yacht uniform and corporate apparel working alongside a professional team.

Objectives of this Role:

Manage the company’s external branding application processes to meet on time deliveries to ensure branding meets with the customer’s specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all branding meets the highest quality standards.
  • Arrange the setup of screen printing and embroidery logos for approval.
  • Ensure logos are correct to specifications and signed off.
  • Liaise directly with suppliers- screen printers, embroiderers and local CMT.
  • Collate all orders being processed and ensure that all garments/quantities/sizes and colours are correct to purchase orders.
  • Monitor and update branding logo library and schedule.
  • Maintenance of all paper based and computer files relating to orders.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Apparel experience would be preferable but not essential.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knack for building strong relationships with vendors
  • Proficient in PC applications, especially MS Excel
  • Full Driver Licence
